By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted areas, or misuse its content or services. Website content is provided for general business information and does not create a transportation, brokerage, carrier, employment, or other contractual relationship. Specific services are governed by separate written agreements.
Lucent Logistics and its licensors own the website and its content, branding, design, and materials, except for third-party marks used with permission. You may view and use the website for legitimate business purposes but may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it without written permission.
Connected services and authorized users
Features that connect to LinkedIn, RingCentral, or another third-party service may be used only by authorized users and only for approved business purposes. You must provide accurate authorization information, keep credentials secure, comply with the connected provider's terms, and disconnect access when it is no longer needed. Lucent Logistics may suspend an integration to protect users, data, systems, or compliance obligations.
You direct Lucent Logistics to access and process connected-service data only within the permissions you approve. You may withdraw authorization or request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies.
SMS terms
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
If you expressly consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Lucent Logistics, you agree to receive the message types described at the time of consent. These may include human-to-human conversational messages and informational messages concerning inquiries, quotes, shipments, status updates, appointments, service support, customer or carrier relationships, and related operations. Promotional messages will be sent only with any separate consent required by law.
- Opting in. You may opt in by entering your mobile number and affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent box on our website consultation form. The box is unchecked by default. Consent must be provided directly to Lucent Logistics for the relevant message purpose and is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with your interactions and service activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any Lucent Logistics text to opt out of messages from that sending number. We may send one confirmation message. Other recognized opt-out words may also be honored. You may need to opt out separately from different messaging programs or numbers.
- Help. Reply HELP, call 855-426-8657, or email info@lucent-logistics.com.
- Re-enrollment. After opting out, messages resume only if you provide valid consent or use an accepted opt-in keyword such as START.
- Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and device.
- Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website and connected features are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. While we work to keep information accurate and services secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is complete or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucent Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or an integration.
These terms are governed by applicable law in Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
